A: Zeus Healthcare is a business, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ that was founded by and is managed by experts in the area of healthcare and IT systems automation. Zeus Healthcare was spun out from ITelagen, one of the leaders in healthcare IT and EHR services and innovators of medical billing automation. ITelagen now focuses on EHR support and hosting and Zeus Healthcare solely focuses on the automation of complex medical billing processes and helping our clients to get paid more, faster. Our service provides outsourced medical billing and collections combined with Allscripts MyWay EHR & Practice Management software and desktop IT support. All of this is offered for a small percentage of collected revenue.

A: Zeus Healthcare was founded in and is located in Jersey City, NJ.
Q: Where are the Zeus Healthcare employees located?
A: 100% of Zeus Healthcare employees are based in the USA and work in our Jersey City, NJ location. Zeus Healthcare does NOT utilize any overseas employees, services or consultants.
Q: I'm starting my own practice. How can Zeus Healthcare help me?
A: Zeus Healthcare will work with you to assess your practices technology requirements and act as your IT department to assist you with selecting and installing your IT infrastructure. By utilizing Zeus Healthcare from the beginning of your practice, all of your patient medical records will be stored in electronic format so there is no need to worry about conversion later. Zeus Healthcare will even assist you with your contracting with payers.
Q: Where will my patient data be stored?
A: The Allscripts MyWay application and all of the patient data is securly stored at Zeus Healthcare's

Q: Where is my patient data backed up?

Q: Is my patient information secure?
A: At Zeus Healthcare, the security of your patient data is paramount. That’s why Zeus Healthcare’s datacenters are SAS-70 Type II certified, an internationally recognized auditing standard that represents that a datacenter has been through an in-depth audit of their control and security activities, which include controls over information technology and related processes. Q: Can I visit your datacenter?
A: Yes, the staff at Zeus Healthcare would be happy to provide a tour of our datacenter facilities and demonstrate its security controls.
Q: Do you share my patient information with 3rd parties?
A: No, Zeus Healthcare does NOT share any of your patient information in anyway whatsoever.
Q: Who owns and accesses my patient data?
A: You own and have exclusive access to your data which is securely maintained in our SAS-70 Type II certified datacenter.
Q: Is the Allscripts EHR ONC Certified?
A: Yes, the Allscripts MyWay EHR version 9.0 has received Complete EHR Ambulatory certification — deeming the Electronic Health Record (EHR) software capable of enabling providers to meet the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Q: Is your service HIPAA Compliant?
A: Zeus Healthcare’s billing services exceed HIPAA requirements. We utilize SAS- 70 Type II certified datacenters to store your patient data and our billing operations are ISO 27002 and 27799 compliant. ISO/IEC 27002 and 27799 is an information security standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), respectively titled “Information technology - Security techniques - Code of practice for information security management” and “Health informatics -- Information security management in health using ISO/IEC 27002”.
Q: Will I qualify for the HITECH stimulus payment?
A: In order to receive the HITECH stimulus payment you must be a medical practice physician that has implemented an ONC certified EHR. Not only is the Allscripts MyWay EMR ONC certified, but Zeus Healthcare will assist you generating the required reports for qualification and filing for the HITECH payment.
Q: Can the Allscripts EHR interface with my existing practice management software?
A: No. The Allscripts MyWay application is a fully integrated practice management and EHR system. While the Allscripts MyWay software is technically capable of interfacing with your existing practice management software, Zeus Healthcare would be unable to automate your billing process in the most efficient manner possible to get you higher reimbursements. By interfacing with your existing system, you would be losing out on the power of a fully unified and integrated solution.
Q: How does my staff get trained to use the EHR Software?
A: Each practice member that will be utilizing the Allscripts MyWay EHR or Practice Management will be required to attend an online (eLearning) training course which they can take at their convenience. Zeus Healthcare will then hold live follow-up training at our office or via Webex.
Q: What hidden costs can I anticipate after switching to an EHR?
A: Most medical practices do not account for the ongoing IT support needs and costs after converting from paper to EHR. That’s why Zeus Healthcare provides unlimited remote and onsite IT support for all of your IT infrastructure and staff. Additionally, Zeus Healthcare covers all costs of upgrades, support and maintenance. Our medical billing service truly eliminates the hidden costs of EHR.
Q: How do I keep track of my revenue?
A: ITelagen provides a customized report package on a monthly basis that provides a complete snapshot of the practice's billings, collections and performance. Your assigned billing team leader is available to speak with you or your selected staff regularly to review these monthly reports. Additionally, the Allscripts MyWay Practice Management software provides real-time dashboards and reports for instant access anytime to your financial information.
Q: How do you keep up with changes in the medical billing industry?
A: To say it simply, at Zeus Healthcare, medical billing is what we do and part of this is staying on top of the latest payer changes and procedures. Additionally, Zeus Healthcare has memberships with professional medical billing associations that keep us up to date on industry standards.
Q: Am I required to utilize the Allscripts MyWay EHR?
A: Yes. However, we provide you with a 90-day grace period during your implementation where the Zeus Healthcare staff will take your paper claims and enter them into the Allscripts MyWay EHR for you. Should you do work at a hospital or nursing home where you are not able to enter the chart notes and claims yourself into the Allscripts MyWay EHR, for an additional fee the Zeus Healthcare staff will transcribe this data in to the Allscripts MyWay EHR for you.
Q: Will you provide references?
A: Yes. Zeus Healthcare has dozens of happy clients utilizes our medical billing services. We will be happy to provide references upon request.
Q: Will Zeus Healthcare perform my credentialing?
A: Yes. Zeus Healthcare will perform your annual credentialing. Additionally if you are a start-up medical practice, Zeus Healthcare will perform all of your contracting with the relevant payers.
Q; How do I purchase new hardware?
A: Zeus Healthcare can provide you with any IT hardware products you need at extremely reasonable prices. Best of all, when your hardware is purchased through Zeus Healthcare, you can feel rest assured that the equipment will be compatible with the Allscripts MyWay EHR, Zeus Healthcare will guarantee it. Your assigned IT support team will assist you with identifying the best products to fit your needs, installing it onsite and be there to support you if and when needed.
Q: Can you provide broadband Internet access?
A: Yes, Zeus Healthcare has partnered with both local and national broadband providers that we believe provide the most reliable broadband solutions for medical practices. Your IT support team can provide you with assistance with getting broadband service.
Q: What if I want onsite support instead of remote or telephone?
A: Zeus Healthcare will first try to solve all problems remotely over the phone or the Internet. If we are unable to solve the problem, we will send a Service Technician to your location to resolve the problem.
Q: What kind of Internet connection am I required to have?
A: The Allscripts MyWay software works well over any basic Internet connection such as DSL or cable. That being said, Zeus Healthcare requires that you have a “business grade” connection. A “business grade” connection provides a better SLA with your service provider and what is called a “static IP address”. The static IP address will allow Zeus Healthcare to monitor your Internet connection and be alerted if it goes down so that our support engineers can contact your service provider for assistance.
Q: Should I have a backup Internet connection?
A: Zeus Healthcare does not require that you have a backup Internet connection, outages do occur therefore we highly recommend it. The best solution is to utilize BOTH DSL (provided by a telephone company) and a cable connection (provided by a cable company). Both these services are inexpensive and having both will provide tremendous reliability as it is very rare for both services to be down at the same time.
Q: Will you repair my computer hardware?
A: Yes, but we do not perform hardware repair as part of the all-inclusive service. Should you require assistance with repairing hardware, Zeus Healthcare offers a flat-rate fee for onsite repairs for computers. However free of charge, we will diagnose hardware problems and work with the hardware manufacturer for warranty service on your behalf. For this reason it is important to maintain a hardware warranty on your equipment or to purchase new equipment when the warranty expires.
Q: Are your Remote Support tools used secure?
A: Yes. All of our remote support automation technologies are designed to ensure the safety, security and integrity of your patient data. Operated in a fully redundant SAS-70 Type II compliant data center, our remote support tools deliver the highest level of security for your network, desktops, and data. Additionally, all of the remote support tools utilize 1024 bit SSL encryption technology to ensure the support session are secure. |
